5. Client Projects

For client engagements:

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Zeniva Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment: Payment terms, schedules, and methods will be outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may result in paused or delayed work.
  • Revisions: The number of revisions included will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Cancellation: Either party may terminate a project with written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zeniva Digital does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

While we strive to deliver results for our clients, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, follower counts, or revenue increases, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeniva Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
